A new month means new specials at RangeCafe! To celebrate the season, our November specials feature a whole lot of pumpkin and fall-inspired fare to satisfy all of your fall cravings! 


Butternut Squash Soup

 Start your meal off with a tasty soup or salad.

 Our roasted butternut squash soup is topped with fresh herbs and olive oil; perfect to warm you up on a cold day! 





Roasted Beet Salad

 Not a fan of soup, but still looking for something light before the main dish?

 No worries! Try our roasted beet salad with walnuts, feta and champagne vinaigrette. 

 Roasted beets have a sweeter, more subtle flavor and will have your mouth watering as you dream of Thanksgiving dinner.





Smoked Salmon

 If you are more of an appetizer type of eater, like myself, our smoked salmon starter with potato cake and crème fraiche is the one for you.

 The smoked salmon complements the potatoes perfectly and the crème fraiche is the icing on the cake.






Pumpkin Ravioli

 Now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for, the main course.

 Our special dish for November is none other than pumpkin ravioli. I will be honest; I love ravioli, but before I ordered this, I never knew this flavor   existed. The hazelnuts, sage and brown butter are the perfect complement. The brown butter acts as a sauce, providing a nutty and toasted   flavor, which accents the sweetness of the pumpkin perfectly.





Pumpkin Cheesecake

 What’s a meal without dessert?

 Pumpkin pie is typically the dessert of choice this time of year, but we decided to shake it up a bit with our pumpkin cheesecake with caramel   sauce. Our pumpkin cheesecake will not only make you forget about pumpkin pie entirely, but will also put you in a food coma of pumpkin   deliciousness.
